Group Training
At Aces Hockey and Fitness, our group training sessions deliver a high-energy, team-style workout crafted specifically for hockey players.
These sessions are designed to build the athletic foundation required to perform at a high level on the ice — including speed, strength, agility, and endurance.
Athletes train together in a motivating environment that fosters camaraderie, healthy competition, and shared commitment to getting better every day.

Group training at ACES strikes the perfect balance between individualized coaching and the dynamic energy of a team setting. Each group is intentionally kept small to ensure every athlete receives personalized attention and targeted feedback from our experienced coaches. This approach allows us to correct form, track progress, and adapt drills to meet the specific needs of each participant — all while maintaining the momentum and spirit of a team workout.
Whether you’re in-season or off-season, group training is an excellent way to stay sharp, push your limits, and connect with other like-minded players who share your drive. The structured programming and positive atmosphere make every session fun, challenging, and productive. At ACES, group training isn’t just about working hard — it’s about training smarter, together.
Our group training ranges from 2 to 4 athletes per session.
